Beacon Lending and Realty is a California corporation. It provides mortgage loan broker service to clients using wholesale lenders and assist in buying and selling of residential and commercial real estate.
Our mission is to provide you with high quality mortgage programs that are customized to fit your unique situation. We work and do business in an upfront and fully transparent way. We disclose the fees to the clients in advance and in writing, and disclose the rate sheets from various lenders, listing the rates and points passed through from the lenders. Wholesale lender pays a set nominal broker's fee to get the home loan at the wholesale lender interest rates. Borrower pays for the closing cost or have the lender cover whole or part of closing costs to get the desired interest rate. With upfront mortgage process the borrowers have the control to decide and choose the rate which best meets their needs.
On the real estate side of things we assist the buyer and seller buy passing through the buyers/selling agent commission to the buyer/seller buy splitting the commission which is disclosed upfront. In return we act as your real estate broker in the real estate transaction. Our services include providing search and listing to Southern California Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
